Weekly drop-in advice

Families are invited to join us on Mondays and Thursdays for our weekly Drop-In Advice and support service at the Beethoven Centre in Queens Park.

Mondays: 12pm – 4pm

Two Project Managers (Social Work Interns) along with trained volunteers provide advice and support on a wide range of issues, such as:

benefits,
health,
training
debt, and
housing

If you need complex advice and support relating to any of the above, then please book an appointment for the Monday sessions.

A crèche is provided, but parents must call to book a place.

If you simply want to drop-in for the open session on Thursdays then please do.

Thursdays: 10.30am – 1pm

Informal group sessions with mini workshops provided by professionals.

Life coaching
Motivational talks

Attending the group can be the first step for a parent to increase their confidence to start looking for a job or access training.
